Instructional Assistant - Program Coordinator Alt ED Program - .5 FTE
- Manages, coordinates, organizes and implements the Alt Ed program
- Assists students, individually or in groups, with lesson assisgnnments and goal-setting in a variety of subjects
- Monitors and provides feedback to students and parents/guardians on progress in Alt Ed classes
- Oversees and supervises students during classroom activities, in hallways, on field trips, at lunch and before/after school ensuring safety and security at all times
- Documents attendance, student activitie and progress, and communication with parents/guardians
- 4 hours/day
- 5 days/week
Compensation for IA-Program Coordinator:
- $15.43 - $21.48 per hour
- Commensurate with ability and experience

Media Assistant - .5 FTE
- Staffs the circulation desk, checks library/media materials in and out, maintains circulation records and assists students with the locatoin of materials in catalogs and on shelves
- Coordinates and reviews the work of student and volunteer aides; trains aides in library procedures
- Places audio-visual equipment orders, processes incoming and outgoing equipment, and maintains master schedule of equipment use; distributes and collects audio-visual equipment; trains staff and students in the use of audio-visual equipment; operates equipment as requested; troubleshoots operation problems, makes minor repairs and performs preventative maintenance on equipment; notifies audio-visual center of major mechanical problems
- Completes an annual inventory of print and audio-visual Library resources
- Organizes events to promote reading and iteracy such as Oregon Battle of the Books, Book Fairs, and other related events
- Repairs library/media books, textbooks and other materials
- 4 hours/day
- 5 days/week
Compensation for Media Specialist:
- $15.10 - $21.02 per hour
